Soon, other Buffalo restaurants added the spicy wings to their menus and everyone in town discovered the taste. Eddie Hauck, a native of Buffalo, moved to Florida in 1970. His parents Ed Senior and Jane were already living in Fort Lauderdale. As Eddie met and talked with other Buffalo natives who had moved south, he discovered that like him, they all wished there was a local restaurant serving their delicious Buffalo Style chicken wings.
