The club helps people learn to sail, we organize socials, and cooperate with other organizations to encourage and promote the sport of sailing. The Palm Beach Sailing Club is located in West Palm Beach, Florida and is a member of the United States Sailing Association (US SAILING). Mission The primary concern of the Palm Beach Sailing Club has always been yachting / sailboat racing. Originally founded to unite small boat owners in Palm Beach county, the PBSC now entertains members with all types of yachts. At the forefront of sailing in the Palm Beaches, PBSC traditionally hosts annual events such as Washington's Birthday Regatta, the midwinter regattas, and the Blessing of the Fleet. Palm Beach Sailing Club encourages the sailors of the future by offering affordable memberships to families and by sponsoring summer sailing camp. Membership The Palm Beach Sailing Club offers its South Florida members exclusive benefits. These include numerous social events each year, such as Christmas Holiday Party, the Halloween Party, and the popular end-of-the-month social. Small boat regattas and the club's ever popular Wednesday Night Race Series remain a part of the PBSC's seafaring tradition. The sailing instruction program introduces new fans to the sport every year. A wide variety of membership categories is available, all reasonably priced.
